Meeting Title: Experimental International College
Saleh started the meeting at 9:30am by introducing each one of us. He specified the topics that we were going to discuss. Regardless of Saleh fluency he was a good example of a chairman. He talked about each topic separately. After each topic he gave the participant and the secretary the opportunity to express their points of view. Abdulaziz participated in each topic by sharing some of his own ideas, saying the advantages and the disadvantages if there were any, of each topic. Abdulaziz performed well, but I believe he could have done better. Abdulla was the minutes taker, so he didn’t speak so much and it wasn’t actually his job. He took notes for every point that we discussed. Unfortunately he missed a few details because they were discussing a little bit fast relatively to his speed of writing. Overall, they all performed well, and the meeting was good and useful.
