Final Presentation Report

Presenter: Mohammad Abdulla

Topic: Reckless Driving

Date and Time: 27th of May, 8:30 Am

Venue:  Research and Innovation center

Mohammad started the presentation by introducing his topic which was reckless driving and he showed the contents of his power point. He said the causes of the problem were racing, crossing a red light, disobeying traffic rules, distraction, tailgating, aggression and impairment.  Then he explained them all one by one in a loud and clear voice.  After that he presented the main consequences of the problem, like paying fines and suspension of driver’s license. He suggested the most possible solutions by the individuals and the government. However, he didn’t really mention anything that I didn’t already know. He provided pictures with almost all of the points he mentioned.  The pictures were clear and relevant. The slides were neat and clear as well. He didn’t read from the slides or from some notes. He used eye contact. He used some Arabic words when he tried to find an English word he wanted to say and that was a disadvantage to him. Hedley asked him if he thinks that some of the solutions will be applied in reality like, the punishment of reckless drivers by making them clean public streets. He answered yes and it happened a couple of years ago.  So he answered the questions properly. He had one grammar mistake, when he used much when it was many. Overall the presentation was good and he presented his topic clearly and fully.
